● At least one of the authors of each published paper must register and present the paper orally at DINAME2009.
● The Symposium exclusive and special conditions for hotel reservations are only granted to DINAME delegates who make their arrangements through the symposium organization. In this case a one night deposit is required, which will be deducted from the hotel final bill, at the departure.
● Payments may be made by credit card (VISA, only) or banking voucher (only available for payments in Brazil).
● DINAME's Registration includes: welcome reception, conference proceedings, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, boat tour and conference banquet. In the hotel rates all meals are included.
● Balances must be cleared by February, 13th, 2009.
